The Person Behind the Purpose
Winifred Summer is a first-generation American of Haitian descent who is forever grateful for the many sacrifices her parents made so she could be in the land of opportunity! During her time in the workforce she's observed that opportunities were not always welcoming and experienced toxicity in the workplace on many levels. Her concerns for people met with challenges in the workforce led her to change her career from health administration to human resources where she proudly advocates and inspires people to have healthy fulfilling careers.
Winifred's kindness and empathy shatter the widespread stereotype of the heartless HR person. She has been celebrated for her warm spirit and genuine nature, which is why she has the moniker; The HR Darling!
In addition to servicing organizations and career professionals, Winifred loves to work with the youth! Exposure to different career paths and preparing teens/young adults for the workforce is essential to shape a bright future.
